1Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to purchases and use of RR Academy’s digital courses, resources and community services.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms and the product details shown before checkout.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract. Otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must purchase on your behalf.
2Website and Platform Use
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account secure and use our platforms lawfully.
You must not impersonate others, access another person’s account, bypass access restrictions or interfere with our website, course platform or Discord server.
3Course Access and Membership
Each purchase provides access for one learner only, for the duration stated in the product description.
Your purchase includes only the courses, resources and support expressly advertised. Separate products, future courses and additional mentorship are excluded unless stated otherwise.
Sharing login details or distributing paid materials is prohibited. Failure to use your purchase does not automatically extend your access.
4Mentorship and Student Conduct
Students must communicate respectfully with staff, mentors and other members, and follow reasonable community and session rules.
Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, scams, spam, unwanted private messages and repeated disruption are prohibited.
Mentorship is limited to the support advertised with your purchase. It does not include unlimited availability, private coaching or guaranteed personal results unless expressly stated.
5Payments and Refund Policy
Before purchasing, please ensure you understand the following:
- All sales are final, except where a refund or cancellation is required by law. We do not otherwise offer refunds, exchanges or partial reimbursements for changes of mind, personal circumstances or lack of engagement.
- Prices may change. Later discounts or course restructuring do not entitle you to a retrospective price adjustment.
- Choose carefully before purchasing. Contact [email protected] if you are unsure whether a product suits your needs.
- Immediate digital access: Where you expressly consent to supply beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that this ends your cancellation right, that right is lost once supply begins, provided we give the legally required confirmation.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including rights relating to faulty, undelivered or misdescribed content.
Where a statutory cancellation right remains available, you can exercise it by emailing a clear cancellation statement to [email protected]. Qualifying UK online purchases normally have a cancellation period ending 14 days after the day the contract is made.
Any separate service element retains its applicable cancellation rights. If you expressly request early service delivery, a lawful proportionate charge may apply on cancellation. Early loss of that cancellation right requires full performance and the legally required acknowledgement.
Valid statutory cancellation refunds will be issued within 14 days of notification, subject to lawful deductions, normally through the original payment method.
6Discord Community
Discord access is included only where stated in your purchase and requires compliance with our community rules and Discord’s own terms, including its minimum age requirements.
Respect other members’ privacy. Do not share private conversations, personal information or community materials without permission.
Respectful feedback and genuine complaints are permitted.
7Intellectual Property
Our course videos, written resources, graphics and other protected materials belong to RR Academy or its licensors.
You must not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publicly upload or record these materials without permission, except where permitted by law. Downloads are allowed only where we expressly provide that option.
Misuse may result in suspension, termination or legal action.
8Suspension and Removal
Authorised mentors, moderators and administrators may restrict, suspend or remove members where they reasonably consider this necessary to address misconduct, enforce these terms or protect the community.
Serious breaches or urgent safety concerns may result in immediate removal without warning. Decisions will be proportionate, and we will normally explain permanent removal unless doing so would compromise privacy, safety or an investigation.

Removal does not automatically entitle you to a refund or allow us to retain all payments. Any unused paid benefits and deductions will be assessed under applicable law.
9Results and Liability
We do not guarantee particular grades, qualifications, employment, income or other personal outcomes unless expressly promised as part of your purchase.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve technical interruptions and fulfil our obligations to supply the products and services advertised.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. Updates will not retrospectively remove your existing contractual rights or materially reduce what you purchased without an appropriate remedy.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any legal right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
